Custom Order Terms & Conditions

By placing a custom order, the client agrees to the following terms:

1. Nature of Custom Work
All bodies and parts are individually handcrafted. Each piece of wood is unique in density, grain, and resonance; therefore, exact specifications cannot be guaranteed as with mass-produced items.

2. Weight Tolerance
Any stated weight is an approximate value. Due to natural variations in wood density, moisture content, and final shaping processes, a tolerance of ±150 g (and potentially more in some cases) is considered normal and acceptable.
Weight measurements are taken under workshop conditions and may vary depending on the scale used, calibration, surface, and environmental factors.

By purchasing, the client acknowledges that weight differences within the stated tolerance are not grounds for claims, disputes, or chargebacks.

3. Final Weight
Unless explicitly agreed in writing prior to purchase, the final weight is not guaranteed. If weight is a critical factor, this must be clearly requested and confirmed in advance.

4. No Misrepresentation
All information provided (including weight, wood type, and specifications) is given in good faith based on measurements taken during the build process. Minor variations do not constitute misrepresentation, non-conformity, or grounds for dispute.

5. Returns & Refunds
Custom-made items are non-refundable unless there is a clear defect or a significant deviation from previously agreed specifications.
If a return is exceptionally accepted, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, and the item must be returned in original, unused condition.

6. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, the client confirms full understanding and acceptance of these terms and the nature of custom handcrafted work.

If you have specific requirements (such as strict weight limits), they must be discussed and confirmed in writing before placing your order.
